Melanoma Genetic Risk Score
Together with Estonian Genome Centre of University of Tartu (contractual partner) are developing a personalized melanoma prevention service by providing risk-score based prevention suggestions based on genetic information.

The model entails use of personalized risk scores for melanoma prevention based on clinically validated algorithms, which are implemented into health system's melanoma screening model, covering full prevention and early detection pathway (continuum of care). Provision of the prevention suggestions will be provided with the help of GPs and behaviour change is initiated with clinically validated suggestions. Our approach builds on Estonian biobank cooperation and existing network of Dermtest’s GPs and other experts to pilot, validate, improve and scale this systematic and sustainable model of ‘solving melanoma’.
